What startup command (or script) are you using? Are you definitely defining -Xms and -Xmx? However, this is most likely the problem: Java 1.5 is very old (2004), and you should upgrade your Java to 1.7 as this can cause compatibility issues.
I'm using this script: Code: #!/bin/sh BINDIR=$(dirname "$(readlink -fn "$0")") cd "$BINDIR" java -Xmx1024M -jar craftbukkit.jar -o true Also, thank you very much for you suggestion. I upgraded java and now it works yum install java7
Thank you it works, the strange part is that I used Code: yum install java and I had that problem then I used: Code: yum install java7 and it works.
