forwarded port 25565 and it still shows up as locked!

Ok so I used to have a minecraft server on port 25565 about 3 months ago. Now I wanted to try to make a new server again but it says port 25565 is closed. Did apple have some sort of router update that closed all the ports or something? I didn't mess with the port configuration or anything but I did add a second router to our network. Odd thing is it says that all my ports are closed, I tested port 5000 (Which is also forwarded) and port 80 and both dont work. Is there something with my second router thats blocking port forwarding? Please give a response asap -Mind.

Anyway. Open up your windows firewall port.

 

What port is that? And my firewall is turned off on windows anyways
