Is it possible if people join for the first time I give them a different spawn place than members that joined for the second time. Members that joined for the second time can use /spawn for an another spawn place? Yes?, how?
You can make it where when a new guy joins, he will spawn with the rank [new] or whater you want. You do /setspawn new. Now all "new" ranks will spawn there. Now you can have it where they step on a commandblock or whatever thing you can, and their rank will change to member, and where you want members to spawn, you can do /setspawn member.

its a plugin called essentials. you can set group spawns. so, for example, a group called "Newbie" you want them to spawn at the noob spawn, so at that spawn, you can do /setspawn Newbie, then for all your other spawns, just use the rank name /setspawn (rankname)

First join plus doesn't seem to give new players a first join after that /spawn for all members. Firstspawn, a lot of people have commented errors about it.
Use /fjp setspawn to set a first join spawn location. If it does not work then increase the delay in the configuration to prevent possible plugin conflicts.
