Greetings. I am very interested in a plugin such as BuildingPlanner from a few years back. Does anyone know of a currently existing plugin, or alternative, that does something such as this? Plugin category: World Building Suggested name: BuildingPlanner 2.0 What I want: Users will find chests set up by admins throughout the world where they can "buy plots" by smacking chests with emeralds (the costs, amount of chunks, etc. would all be on signs on the chests). Then enter the area, have a separate inventory, in creative mode, and do their bidding. Then when they leave the work they did resets visually, but is saved as a schematic or something. But as they add blocks into the chests required for the build, the area builds up as they had made it in creative mode. When they add emeralds, they can expand the area, up to a point (determined by the admin who placed the chests). If the owner of the plot places a sign anywhere beside the chest they can put an asking price for the plot, and the plot will then be up for sale. Then another user can smack the chests with the appropriate amount of emeralds and buy the plot, and then they can edit it as they please, etc. If the owner puts a sign anywhere around the chest and puts SHARE in the text, then the plot will become shared with the server, and anyone can edit it as they see fit. This would be good for community builds, and mods/admins could design or place schematics in for the community to work towards building. Chests should be "hideable" as well by the owner. Perhaps if the owner right clicks on the chests, or places a certain item on top of the chest? Maybe the simplest solution is to just manually hide them by building over them. And if the chests would be in the center so the expansion would go outwards, chunk by chunk, then that would work, I guess. Ideas for commands: No commands are needed for normal users for this plugin. Admins would need things to set up the zones (worldedit compatibility would be nice), and then set up the chests. Ideas for permissions: planner.buy - can purchase plots with emeralds, and then build inside of them, etc. planner.sell - can sell plots back for a profit, after they have been "built up". planner.share - can share owned plots with other users (this would allow ANY other user when entering the zone to load up creative mode and edit the build, so a "community" build) planner.admin - can create plots using worldedit and decide how much they cost, etc., and set up the signs on chests When I'd like it by: This seems like a gargantuan task, so if it's even possible, just as soon as it could be done...
