Dont use that permisson plugin that is the hardest one to use, use groupmanager! for a little less lag and no errors or nothing
I've tried groupmanager but now im used to PEX because it only uses one file... I still prefer PEX but the new player don't come in the permissinos folder, any help also there for? If these 2 errors are fixed it would really be awesome!

Not really. Chances are the issues are due to the formatting of the permissions.yml file. GroupManager still uses YAML, so it is not immune to this kind of issue. For future reference, http://yaml-online-parser.appspot.com/ is quite useful to verify a .yml follows YAML's strict formatting rules.
