Essentials GroupManager......

I have 2 things i need to ask

1.where is the correct place to post help about a plugin because i dont think this is really a plugin request im asking more for help

2. I need help with essentials groupmanager i dont know really if it is the best one to use i have gotten used to the commands and ive made my groups/ranks and some perms but i dont really understand the mirrors system if someone knows how to setup it up for me or knows andother plugin that is better/easyer to use and can setup it for me just reply to this saying you could and ill pm u anyone who can help will recive Admin on my server if they like to get a basic idea of what i have

Commander_Shran you said you already made your groups, why do you need us to make it again? if you have a problem with mirrors, explain it.

 

Sorry i wasent clear enough on my post i was rushing as going out of 3g coverage ive tried allredy makeing groups with groupmanager and failed no one can use anything at top is the list of my groups i wanted i alleedy made them and failed and note it may sound like a lot of groups but most of them all habe the same permissions but with an added kit or a vip extra also i need it on a perworld basis like

Factions perms for factions world so people dont claim in survivalgames
And survivalgames perms in survivalgames world/s
And so fourth and so fourth!! Thanks for your help

Im so supprised hoe by makeing these posts have helped me so much for my server all the fetures ive added have made me jump from 10-20player avarage on all the time to a 100-150players online all the time
My server is knocking down its competeters just need some good permissions

Sorry hasent got files yet i put my hdd in another pc to get files off it but it no work now back in laptop amd it says i cant acess my users folder because i need system rights to view it?? Think i mught of fixed it tho
