Non-Overpowered Enchantment plugin

Suggested name: BypassEnchantmentLevel

What I want: I would like a enchantment plugin like Tim The Enchanter but I don't want it to be overpowered like enchant weapons/items to Level 1000, so I want the plugin to enchant weapons or items to Level I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X.

Ideas for commands: /enchant (Enchantment) (Level).

Ideas for permissions: Enchantment.bypass.

When I'd like it by: Anytime.

 

I'm pretty sure Tim would work perfectly. You probably just need to assign the correct permissions.

 

Yeah but I want the plugin to enchant weapons Level I - X not I - 1000.

 

Tim doesn't enchant up to 10, but you can make it so people can only enchant up to the normal level.
