Tnt won't work on my server?

I have had a server for about 2 weeks now but yesterday I reset my world for the 1.3 version, but now tnt and things won't explode? I have them set like this in the essentials config file:

do you have more plugins that can block? such a worldguard?

 

You need to figure out which plugin is causing this first. Disable everything and go one at a time until you can duplicate the problem.

 

Did you try asking him nicely? He might just be too busy to do work on your server with his recent promotion!
