I have concerns about the residence plugins. the picture below shows where when I go down to the water and it say "now you are leaving town." While I was still in the residence area. hope can help. thanks already use Code: /res select vert [In residence] [outside residence] [residence area]
Did you select the area using the WorldEdit wand with residence ? If so you may have to reclaim the area but go a few blocks underground so you have some depth to your region as it looks like your current selection, where the water is is outside the cuboid
no,i'm already edit and change to other item 272 a sword and when i fly like 10 15 feet already outside the residence.
I'm guessing you are going below the area set. I use towny which automatically claims plots 128 blocks high (bedrock to clouds)
towny is alot more complicated to use i think, maybe just go underground a few blocks and reclaim. Towny is made for setting up cities and nations and having wars and such, so if all youre looking for is a way to claim land then I'd say use what you have. But towny does have plugins for dynmap which looks like youre already using.

Like i said, from your screen shots it looks like you created an area starting on level land, and when you go into that section with water you are dropping below the boundry. I would either level the terrain, or dig down 10 blocks and start your town area from down there.
