Okay so im new to plugins, and am trying to get them to work on a existing server and world that has already been built on,(for weeks) and i dont want to lose the stuff that my friends have made. Ive already added 3 plugins to the plugin folder in my FTP access on the server (hosted at minecrafted.net) and i dont know how to get them working, and i was wondering if i can run forge or modloader along side it since i want to use finite water and mo creatures also..

Please and thank you so much

You would have to use a modded version of CraftBukkit or even just a modded Vanilla (the official) server version. However these neither supported offically nor officially supported.
For MoCreatures you should look around at http://mcportcentral.co.za, however I'm not sure how you'd get FiniteLiquids running with a Bukkit-API-compatible server.

Again, once you're using a modded server (beside the official CraftBukkit) you'll have to ask at the respective community, this forum covers CraftBukkit-powered servers only

I assume that you have reloaded? Being new to plugins and such, it would be easy to forget that step :p
