Permissions Bukkit Help

Hello, I am starting a server and I am trying to get my permissions config set up, but I am encountering errors when I try to run it. I have tried a parser but I cannot seem to get rid of a few errors. Could someone look at my config and help me figure it out?

I have fixed my yml to the point where the parser shows no errors, however, the permissions do not seem to work on the server. I have loaded the config.yml into the permissionsbukkit folder, but people in the default section say that they do not have the perms I have given them. Can someone help?

There are a lot of problems with this perms file. Try using Permissions Ex, more flexible and user friendly. After you get that delete Perms Bukkit and use this permissions file. Remember to open the permissions.yml with Notepad++.
