Make Everyone invisible with...

Hello, im searching for a plugin which allow me to make everyone invisible with a item (so Only i cant see they) i will use that for my hub server.

Everyone is getting auto invisible with this plugin which i dont want, i want be able to use a item to make everyone invisible for me.

then maybe a powertool and assigned to vanish no packet?

 

Everyone will be given a item. If someone right-click it everyone will be Invisible For Only Him and other will be able to see him. Vanish no packet would make him invisible for others which i dont want.
Other suggestions how to make this possible??
