Automatic Permissions/Group program?

My Friend made me an Groups/Permissions file using Permissions EX, and I got a new computer because my Hard Drive went corrupt, so I lost all my data. As clumsy as I am, I didn't make a backup.
I know nothing about PEX, or how to program groups, permissions, etc.
Is their any way a Program can automatically move the players to the groups, add permissions, etc?

Where would I go for an Automatic program to easily make Ranks, etc.

 

A Computer doesn't know which Permisissions it needs to give a group if it has no information. You must add that information. It's the same like typing it in a typer for you or just typing it in the plugin. This answer is for Rank Names, permissions and where it needs to put the people in.

 

You have to do that yourself, the computer can't read you mind.

 

Permissions are VERY easy. If you can't do it yourself, then you don't have half a brain. Just figure out how to do it on your own. I am such a Bukkit noob, and I did my own permissions for my server.

 

I know I have to add them myself, but is their a plugin where I don't have to type everything.
For example, The program would say "Add group, add permission, add player", where can I do this, is there a program available on the Website?
Before my friend had to manually type everything.
Instead of manually typing everything, is there something where I can just click a button and add a group, etc.

 

Not that I know of maybe necrodoom knows.

 

Click add or click space bar, not so much difference

 

Commands? lol. do it yourself then you KNOW all the errors and whats wrong.

 

i dont know of any GUI that has enough feature support to be useable.
