A plugin idea, how many people would use it?

So, I had this great idea for a plugin the other day.
THE IDEA:
I am a server owner, Co-Owner and HeadMod. It is REALLY hard to tell them "You've been warned about (whatever)." and keep track of these warnings. I was thinking about making a plugin that does the following:
1. Allows three types of warnings. Mute, Jail and Ban.
2. Allows custom commands for all of these things.
3. Allows timed warnings.
4. Allows for X (configurable) number of warnings before punishment.
5. Adds prefixes that show warnings. IE <[Member] **~Bman> (the stars being warnings. More on that in number 6.)
6. Adds fully changeable warning symbols/colors. Default would be stars and the colors YELLOW for mute, RED for Jail and DARK_RED for Ban.
7. Player logs in stand alone files (so if you turn off in game notifications, it still logs it.
8. MySQL isn't going to be a required part of setup!!
So, would YOU use it?

 

I would use it some features are available in other plugins though. and its possible.

There's already a number of plugins that do some, if not all of this. You're better off requesting features to plugin devs.

 

Only kind of. They do parts and pieces, but not all of it. Also, they are not very user friendly.

 

although, having support for MySQL would be a huge feature, allows it to be used on servers that use Bungee

 

I really didn't want to bother users with MySQL problems. MySQL is already a hassle for servers, and I don't want to force server owners to setup databases, or pay money for them, just to use my plugin.

 

It's not that much of a hassle, and you can make it an option. Setting up a database takes all of about 30 seconds
+ most hosts give them to you for free

UPDATES!
+ Due to popular demand, a MySQL database option will most likely be included.
+ The plugin will soon be downloadable to experienced beta testers ONLY. This means that I will distribute it to those that are willing to use it, and face it possibly breaking your server.
* The plugin is going into BETA! This is a huge step for me.
* A new forum will soon be created for the plugin.
