Is there a replacement for EnchantedXP?

    I'm a former enthusiastic user of EnchantedXP (http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/enchantedxp/). Basically it scaled your xp so using 30 levels at level 200+, like I am now, wouldn't use the tens of thousands of experience and instead would use the proper 825 experience.

    Is there a plugin that fixes the experience scaling problems similarly?
