I know I've asked this before but it still isn't working how I thought. I'm a total NOOB with permissions. I have PermissionsEX and I know that in order to let players use a command I need to put the command reference in the permissions file. Though I don't want to have to type in all the commands for essentials, worldgaurd, worldedit, so on, so on. I've heard something about wildcards, but I don't know how to use them. If someone knows how to make it so I can just have a few commands blocked, but all the rest open, WITHOUT me having to right all the codes in! I know I sound more complicated than it is, but if you can help, please do! THANKS!
Some plugins provide the option to assign many permissions using wildcard, or a special permission. For example, factions.fullplayer and factions.halfplayer give access to multiple commands. Or essentials.item.* gives access to all the item commands in essentials. So look at your plugins and you may be able to cut some typing by giving perms to something.something.*
But worth to say that essentials.item.* is usable only if per-item-give (something like that) is enabled in config ;3 Sorry for my English ;c
