I Cant Find This Portal Plugin

Hello! I cant find out what plugin allow you to make this portal:

I would be happy if someone could tell me.

 

Multiverse portals

EDIT: You need world edit to use this plugin

 

How do I get the purple portal effect between other blocks than obsidian?

 

Build A Portal Out of What Ever Block you want then select the inside of the portal and do //set portal
then use multiverse portals and create the portal

 

Tried that but the portal is just getting destoryed
