Can't pick up items?

I run a private RP server for my friends. I am using the experimental build for 1.4.7.
Back when I was running 1.4.2 everyone could pick up items.Now we can't pick up dropped items.
Here is a list of plugins I use:
Assassination
Headhunter
Parkour
Storm
Localchat
it just might happen
extended death
shelfit
mcmmo
courier
PermissionsBukkit
Plantfailure
Quester

Any help on how to make it so everyone can pick up items again?

 

Same issue on my server, looks like we both have mcmmo, only common plugin between the two, might be the cause.

 

I also have the same problem... Maybe we should try dev builds of mcMMO

 

If you are running either Modifyworld and/or Essentials AntiBuild, remove them to see if it fixes things. If it does and you want to keep the plugins, give your users modifyworld.* and/or essentials.build.

 

I used to have this problem, mcmmo does this. The only way I could fix it was restarting the server.

It's not mcMMO
