Server MobArena won't work

Help! I have made a Minecraft server and have installed the mobarena plugin but it won't work. I have made custom waves and changed a few stuff in the config file. Here is what is in my config file. http://pastebin.com/hKhBBThA

 

ok back up....first, lets post this to pastebin and get a correct format. It looks like garbage right now. Secondly, if it still looks like that in pastebin, you have your formatting all wrong for your yaml file. Check out my example waves for my mob arena HERE. That should give you an idea of how it should look.

and some of the edited text is in red if that means anything (It was in red but I have changed it because it was on tab instead of spaces or something

Your formatting is off. You can copy mine and use it for a reference if you like.

 

I have tried coyping yours but that won't work either :L
