When i startup my server and join via the internal IP, everything is fine.
When i try to join it on the external IP, it doesn't work.
I did some reasearch and found out that if i go to a port forwarding tester,
    my 25565 port is closed.
I've checked everything but nothing seems to work.
    Can someone please help me?

Then your ISP is stopping you from doing it. Or you just did something wrong.

First make sure if the router is the problem. To test that you can enable DMZ on it but be aware it's opening all ports and it's not safe. So enable for a short period of time, test to see if port has open so you will know for sure your router is blocking that port. After make sure to disable back DMZ...

Try to google your router model followed by "enable DMZ"

Yeah make sure your firewall for your router is low or off so it can be pinged and ports are allowed through.
