Promote ranks over time

    I'm really sorry for posting this, but could anyone give me an addon which promote people up in higher ranks as they play more?

    I've seen a lot, but for some reason, I can't find a single one now...

    I use Ranker which the issues Pex commands to promote ppl to right groups.
    But you can use any permission plugin with it.
