Deleted the End

I accidentally deleted the "world_the_end" and "world_the_nether" on my server via MultiCraft on 3Host, and I was wondering if I could be able to reload them. On a similar note I need a plugin or a tutorial on how I can upload a custom world, and then switch between it and another.

If you don't have backups of your deleted directories, they are gone for good.

For running several worlds, check out MultiVerse.

 

It isn't "world_the_nether", it's "world_nether"

 

It's called world_the_end, if you don't have it, or not in the backups folder, it's gone.. Or in you're bin folder. But it will create itself when you visit The End, but not the old one tho.
