Looking for a warp-plugin

Hey guys,

I'm looking for a warp plugin with these features:
- Personal and public warps
- Ability to limit number of allowed warps through permissions
- Doesn't need MySQL/SQLite
- Actively maintained

I used the search-thing on Bukkitdev, but couldn't find one. I know there has to be a plugin like this, so please help me find it.

Sortal Well, sort-of. Does everything except the second one. And it's actually meant for signs.

Thanks. Was getting a lot of weird results from the BukkitDev search. Should probably use get plugins from now on.

EDIT: BTW. Found this, so I'm going to use that.

 

Essentials Warp does must of these... - Essentials.Warp.(Warp Name) To add the Permission to teleport to that warp.

I THINK ZPort does all of these, it's also a teleportation suite.

and it does everything you listed!
I've been through several diff ones, nothing was cutting it or was updated etc this I found this and its been so great since then!
