Can't destroy blocks and get items in hand

    Hello all, also sorry for my english [Im from Lithuania] So, my problem is , i can't destroy blocks when i in default my group using GroupManager, But if i set myself to owner, i can destroy blocks, also if i on default group i cannot get item to my hand, when i get it to hand they dissapear.I Deleted WorldGuard, MobArena because I thought it fixes but not.

    What other plugins are you using?
    Also, what is your permissions.yml?

    Your default group probably doesn't have a permission node that allows them to get items or whatever. If you have a plugin like modify world. see if that is enabled or try deleting it
