why cant i get to the taskmanager in windows 8 pro?

Not trying to be funny. Its been 40 minutes I'm guessing you figured it out.

 

It stands that it is disabled by a administrator and i am a administrator
How do i enable it aigan then?

 

Have you tried Ctrl-Shift-Esc?

That is the hotkey every other version of windows uses to go DIRECTLY to the task manager without having to go through the Ctrl-Alt-Del screen.

Haven't tested this on windows 8, but I would imagine they kept this feature.

 

Just right click on the start bar and select Task Manager

 

I just need help to enable it aigan from the controlpanel

btw it works with all that metods on my desktop but on my laptop i have disabled it witout wanting to disable it and now i not know how to get it back
