What is that and how to use it?

    i saw on many servers that if you get out of an area it will display ~wilderness and sometime ~spawnarea , can someone give me insturctions on how to use it and maybe help it on my server? add my brother on skype, he is crying cuz of that : samvelik2001

    Just add factions to your server... then learn how to use factions on how to claim land for it to say stuff like
    ~wilderness
    ~safezone
    ...etc in areas you want.. I learnt how to use Factions Plugin from this video:

    Factions works good, Also You could use world guard and make "Towns" etc.
