My server is randomly crashing

Hi there, so here's the situation.
For months, my server has been crashing pretty much 2-3 times a day. And when it crashes, it rolls back about 10 minutes of gameplay. As you may think this is very frustrating for my users.

I've been running my server for about a year and a half, and after 1.3.? I started to get these weird ass crashes.

So, here's what I get in the console when it crashes. It always crashes at night time
