How to I turn off group Prefixes

So I basically just redid my entire server a few minutes ago because my original one was sloppy and some commands/plugins weren't working. Anyway now that I've redone it everyone has prefixes when they use the chat for example:
new1 [Admins] Trevo4311: blah blah blah
[Friend] Player1: Herp Derp

(new1 is the name of the world)

I've looked through all the config files but can't seem to find a way to disable this. The plugins I'm currently using are: (these should all be newest versions since I just downloaded/installed them today)
Permissions
Essentials
-EssentialsSpawn
-EssentialsChat
WorldGuard
BigBrother
WorldEdit
MagicCarpet

So How do I get rid of the [Group] prefix and/or the new1 prefix?

Likely has config options that are adding them. Either that, or you have them defined in your Permissions config and it is adding them from there.

 

Thank you I found it now, I guess I must have just scrolled by it when i was looking through the config IDK how I missed it I went through the essentials config like 3 times.

Just one last question:
What are the &7 &f for?
Example: &7[{GROUP}]&f
Are those like colors or something?

 

They are color codes.
Put & and number of your choice to get all letters after that the color of your choice.
