Server Help: Plugins, Permissions, & Ranks

Hello!​

I have a large task a hand!! And I need help with it!​

I am new to running bukkit on my server, and I need help with plugins, ranks, and rank permissions​

Ranks​

I have 9 ranks:​

​

Guest-- Prefix: &1[Guest]&f​

Member--Prefix: &2[Member]&f​

Member+--Prefix: &a[Member+]&f​

Trusted--Prefix: &6[Trusted]&f​

VIP--Prefix: &e[VIP]&f​

Donator--Prefix: &b[Donor]&f​

Moderator--Prefix: &4[Mod]&f​

Admin--Prefix: &9[Admin]&f​

Owner--Prefix: &5[Owner]​

I need one more rank and if someone could add one if they decide to take upon this task, it would be greatly appreciated! (Maybe a rank between Guest and Trusted)​

If you have any plugins that you think would benifit my server, please tell me you add them as I need more to make ranks worth their while! (Again, if you decide to take upon this task!)​

Permissions​

With Permissions, please set them so the next rank up inherits the previous rank and has permissions unique to their rank! Also, can their rank level be in multiples of 10? (so Owner = 10, Admin = 20, etc...)​

If Anyone could do this, It would be greatly appreciated!​

The_Troll_Guy So if I understand correctly, you only need help with Permissions/groups?
If so, I advise you to at least try before you ask for help, you'll benefit so much out of it.

I dont have too may plugins, and I don't know what plugins to have to keep a happy, maintained server, I need a another rank, and in each rank, plugin permission nodes unique to each rank!
