RPG PLUGIN! Ok, I'm looking for a perfect Modder or a person that makes plugins and that think or can make a RPG plugin.... The programs I am looking forward into this plugin are... - NPC's to walk around spawn (Make it simple) - A quest maker that will make quest and can give people rewards like in game money. (Make that simple as well) - A dungeon system to teleport to... - Plot system (Where people can build in a slot) -Rank system (For some reason, Group Manger is not fully working for me) -And a Muti-World system (One for RPG, And one for Mining and collecting resources that rests once a week) Thank you for reading and hope I get a reply... This looks like something you could do with a range of plugins. Try Citizens, Quester, Multiworld, any number of permissions managers, and finally perhaps towny/residence/world guard.
There is only one problem.... I don't Understand how all of those work... It's hard to understand for me... OR they dont work with the plugins that are useful for my server...
There are tutorials on using + installing those plugins, no-one needs to code a plugin for this, they would be wasting their time.
But I would like mine custom.... If you don't want to do it, Just leave this conversation.... -_- Idk, I think its been interfering with other plugins I think.... But all the plugins I use are comman, like world Guard, World Edit, and The Essentials Pack
GroupManager doesn't interfere any plugins. It's just a permissions and rank plugin. If you don't know how they work, then look up a tutorial. Also how do they not work with the plugins that are useful on your server? Which one? EDIT by Moderator: merged posts, please use the edit button instead of double posting.
I would have sugested VariableTriggers but if your having trouble understanding GroupManager then VariableTriggers is over your head. sorry
I just think it has to updated... I understand it, It just don't work... When I get home this weekend, I will tell you all the plugins I have... And if you have a suggestion, let me know. And plus I would like my own plugin that will probably not be public... So... I want my server to be unique, Not like a server that is always the same or kind stupid so everyonw gets bored... What im trying to work on is to have a Perfect RPG server that is like LOTRO (Lord of the rings online). And then I get donators, and if the PLugin maker makes this plugin I will have to pay him a good amount on how good the server is... I wouldnt mind having it public, It will just have people getting the same server as mine.... So I would just wait a good year, Then publish this plugin... It won't do the things you want it to unless you write the scripts to do them. And remember that you can script to take advantage of other plugins as well, but as I said "if your having trouble understanding GroupManager then VariableTriggers is over your head. sorry"
