Looking for a plugin that lets you buy permissions

I really would love for someone to make this plugin or if its out there somewhere and I missed it let me know. I need it to be able to give individual permissions to a player with bukkitperms if possible

 

If you are looking for buying with real money try buycraft, as for in-game money i'm sure there is one out there but don't know one of the top of my head.

If you do want in-game money to buy the permissions please provide you economy plugin that you use. That will help developers getting your request done faster.

I think CommandSigns had an option that let you bypass any restrictions, and cost money.
You could do something like this:
manpaddp {player} -permission
Maybe its just my hMod memories hitting me, but w/e.
