Minecraft Server lag issue on a beast computer

    Hello guys i just maked a bukkit server in my pc with no plugins at all and a friend connected and he is lagging like hell..i dont know why but he is the only one and lagging like that? i cant imagine if there was more players..so what can i do about that? why if you host a server with $ it doesnt lag at all with worst cpu than mine?

    Computer Spec's
    Cpu:Intel core i7 3770k 3,9 Ghz-Noctua nh-d14 2 FAN
    Gpu:7850 2GB ASUS HD RADEON
    Mobo:asus maximus v gene
    ram:Corsair vengeance 8 gb 1600.
    Internet speed:33 MS 7500/download 850/upload
    Dedicated ram on the server- 4GB
    So why is it lagging with only 1 people online?it doesnt says server is overloaded in the console.

    Also i forget to mention that the TPS IS ALWAYS 20

    Well, since your friend is the only one lagging... maybe his computer is crap?

    Looks like an ADSL connection to me. That's your problem, poor upload.

    Either play in a LAN (not Hamachi) or upgrade your connection.

    (Remember ISP's measure internet speeds in megabits and not megabytes!)
