Can't get server to allow people to join in OnlineMode-True

Anyone i need help with the issue of getting my server so Online-Mode is true and i did purchase minecraft. The only way people can join is if i set Online-Mode to false. Please if anyone has any clue on how to fix this post a reply!

 

Are people join via internet or via your local network? If it is local, is your server have access to internet?

 

Make the people buy the game?

 

We don't support offline mode servers, whatever the reason. You'll have to find help elsewhere

 

He want to play in online mode

 

it has access to the internet and they are joining via port forward

 

So, just because he mentions the word offline-mode you tell him to get out of bukkit. It's not like he said "i need help making people join my offline-mode server". He needs help because people are not able to join his server while in online-mode.

Are you getting any specific messages when they try to join? Such as, "username lost connection", etc.

Do they have an original minecraft client? And do they (successfully) login before they try to join?
