I've got of server 1.4.6 craftbukkit R 0.1 , Xmx- 4000m xms- 1000m , server on hosting, 20 plugins and the problem is once it gets to 40 or sometimes 50 people it crashes, and if there are 20-30 ppl or more it starts lagging, i don't know what to do... on version 1.3.2 the server worked just fine, on 1.4.2 little but tiny lags, on 1.4.5 laggs and on 1.4.6 just huge lags! what should i do , plzzz tell me P.S: i'm always getting the error minecraft server internal exception: java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out when the server crashes
