Server help 1.4.6 problems

i updated my server to 1.4.6 and now no one can break blocks, place blocks or use blocks and even i as owner cant use some commands like /plugins HELP ME also wenever i log in my gamemode changes back to survival.

Did you update all of your plugins to 1.4.6 compatible versions?

 

I updated Every Thing that i could update and i reinstalled alot of them aswell

 

Then it sounds like one or more of the ones that you couldn't update will need to be updated in order to function. I would start by checking the BukkitDev page for those as-yet-unupdated plugins to see if the developers are still active.
