[REQ] [ADMN] No Pickup

Suggested name: NoPickup

What I want: I want a plugin that when you type in the command /nopickup or /np
it will disable picking up items. I need this simple plugin because when I check on my players I always accidently pickup dropped items on the floor. I hope this makes sense! If you can make this, you are awesome! Thanks in advance! c:

Ideas for commands:
/np
/nopickup
/nopickup <person>

Ideas for permissions:
'*' support?
nopickup.*
nopickup.toggle
nopickup.toggle.others

When I'd like it by: At least this week. I think it would be easy enough to make

The only command is /nopickup (You can also use /np or /npu)
Permission Node for the command is: nopickup.command

Hey can you make it so it also doesn't let you pick up xp? Or is that too hard.

 

Should be simple if bukkit provides the right abilities but ill leave it for MistPhizzle

 

I searched the API and couldn't find something that stops the orb itself from being picked up. I did make it so if you pick up the orb while NoPickUp is enabled, you wont actually gain any XP from it.
