It keeps saying That is not a proper number when i do /buy 64 diamond 550.00 ?

 

On a server I used to play on, you could put "all" for the amount, and it would sell all of that item that you have in your inventory. Could someone possibly add that to this working version that was posted above?

One other thing: if you cancel something and don't have enough room in your inventory for all of them, the overflow gets deleted. On the server I used to play on, it dropped the overflow amount around you on the ground. Does anyone know how to edit it to make it do this?

 

What does it do when you use hand instead of diamond?

Currently have a fix for that, however, it breaks selling. Hoping to have an update for that soon =/

What about adding the ability to use "all" as the sell quantity?

Also, the buy command does not accept numbers with decimals. You can sell things using numbers with decimals, but can only use whole numbers when buying. It's a bit counterintuitive.

This plugin has been abandonded by the dev for some time now. However, if you read a couple posts up, you'll see that I posted a semi-updated version.

 

Can you let me know what the bug with selling/buying occurred if float values were allowed in /buy command?
example /buy 1 seed 50.30
I compiled this version https://github.com/ammaraskar/VirtualShop/ and tried it with bukkit 1.3.2 RC1.0
It worked and then also tried /buy 1 seed 50.30 which seemed to work and it also correctly made changes to the iconomy table.

 

Any edit for 1.4 lol?

 

Sil3nt_One and kittenchunks --- I suggest to migrate to http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/dkabotshop/. It would appear that they have things as near as VirtualShop was/is. I think that's what my server is going to end up doing as well.

 

May i know why i type in "/sell 1 stone 1", then the system message show me "what is stone?"?

 

update your items.csv for the new items or copy the items.csv from Essentials plugin

 

Where is the item.csv?
can just give me the location? you can start from the bukkit server folder.

You should not copy the "file" directly you need to copy and paste the text inside to your VirtualShop items.csv from Essentials items.csv, it works for me.

if that does not work try holding the item, then type /sell 1 hand 1

that would auto identify what item you are holding.
