Solved Need help with Heroes Skills!

So I'm basically looking for a plugin that adds the possibility to choose a class and "race" as they join the server.

My problem is that I saw a LOT of "Heroe Skills" plugins but none of them make sense to me.

Either they are not undestandable , f.ex I saw this : http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/heroes/ but I have no idea how I should implement this on my server or how I even download it.

I would really appreciate a little "How to install Heroes/Skill Trees etc." on a server.
