Plugin category: Chat Suggested name: StaffChat What I want: This plugin would allow staff members on a server (With a permission node) to add a player to a 'chat room' I guess you could call it. This is a conversation between the staff member, and whomever the staff member chooses. Would like it to be able to add more than one person, but not totally needed. Nobody but those desired by the moderator can see this chat, and while in this 'chat room' the people within this 'chat room' cannot see normal chat. The players within the chat room cannot leave unless removed by the staff member. Ideas for commands: /sc add [playername] - Adds a player to a chat room. (Alias: /sca [playername]) /sc remove [playername] - Removed a player from a chat room. (Alias /scr [playername]) Ideas for permissions: StaffChat.add - Allows anyone with this permission node to add people to a chat group. StaffChat.remove - Allows anyone with this permission node to remove people from a chat group. Staffchat.* - Gives all commands When I'd like it by: November 24th, later if need be, but would love it by this time. Thanks!
Nope. Not really. You ever tried to have a /tell conversation with 7 people, of whom 5 don't want to talk to you?
I wanted something that would allow staff members to put multiple people into a chatroom type thing, where they do not have to type in /sc or such, just speak and it would allow them to speak directly into this chat area.
I did not just want a staff channel, I wanted mods to be able to invite non-mods to a private session.
