Solved Players cant use "Anvil"

My players cant use anvils, but admins and OP can use what is the problem?.

My globalgroups.yml (I change to .txt because i cant upload with .ylm)

Doubt it, but we don't support offline servers.

 

If you dont want help me dont do it, but i saw a lot of post were users/mods/admins helps to ALL servers.
And this is not at offline problem, its a plugin but i dont know what plugin or perm.

 

Yes, but we don't support anyone with offline servers, regardless of anything. Buy the game, otherwise you wont find support here.

Not sure why on earth you think offline-mode has to do with enchanted books.

Anyway, this thread was made last year, so admin/mod I think its best if you lock this now.

Problem SOLVED. This is a vanilla bug. The game shows that you need X amount of exp, but in fact it takes more than that. Talk to your players that they need more experience than is displayed by the server. If they try to enchant the item without the correct amount of exp, the server will eat the exp and will not do the enchant. I think this bug will be resolved on the next version.
