Looking for a specific teleportation plugin...

    I'm looking for a teleport plugin. I specifically want the ability to say, designate an area as a teleporter, and be able to make it 2 way. For instance, on my server my build acts as sort of a central hub, I'd to be able to have an area where people can teleport to theirs or others builds from my build, and back again. I was using a plugin before that performed this but I cant remember the name of it and didn't find it on the get plugins page.

    Anyone know of one that can do this? the ability to teleport between worlds would be a bonus as well.

    Is it only for multi world? Im looking for something to have teleporters on one map.
