Restrict Anvil Item Renaming

Suggested name: Restrict Renaming

What I want: Prevent particular names from being chosen when using the Anvil Block rename mechanic.
- So that Servers can reserve names for Role Play purposes - ie. There can be only one "Highlander Sword" on the server.

Ideas for commands: /rr Highlander Sword (used after the original is already named to prevent further uses of this name.)
/rr release (Release a name for use)

Ideas for permissions: restrictrenaming.set restrictrenaming.release

When I'd like it by: Before our players take all of the awesome names.

 

There's currently no API for this. When there is, I'll take a look at it.
