Okay so i am using the lastest beta build for mc 1.4.2 i am using permissionsEX with these plugins. AntiCheat BOSEconomy Essentials factions mcmmo worldedit it seems that no one is able to build or modify the world in any way or even use tools on my server unless i op them. here is the permissionsEX code groups: default: default:true build:true permissions: - modifyworld.* - bouncyblocks.player.use - modifyworld.chat - essentials.afk - essentials.home - essentials.warp - essentials.sethome - lwc.protect - antigrief.build - essentials.help - essentials.list - essentials.motd - essentials.rules - essentials.spawn - essentials.tpa - essentials.tpaccept - essentials.mail - essentials.balance - scs.use - essentials.worth - essentials.sell - essentials.kit - essentials.msg - factions.kit.fullplayer users: can any one help does any body know of any conflicts between any of these mods that will make this problem occur .
I've found that if you reload(/reload) the server after a player has joined then permissions hook and that player will have the correct permissions as defined in the permissions.yml. I think it's a bukkit error because if you do the "/pex reload" command permissions still wont hook. If you /reload then permissions hooks properly. I'm waiting for the next version of bukkit 1.4.2 to see if it's fixed.
