I need a GroupManager Expert!

Hey, I'm having loads of trouble with GroupManager. If you are an expert with this plugin, please PM me or add me on skype @ paulthesickpirate. If you help me out to the point that it gets my server on the right track, I could compensate you a little.

Easy. Don't manually edit the files. Use commands.
/mangaddp Admin essentials.*
^ much easier and not going too fuck up the filez

It told me all commands are locked due to an error and told me to check the logs and then try /manload command. Idk anything about checking logs so I just did the command and it said internal error.... Any ideas?

My fix is deleting Essentials and GroupManager and reinstalling them >)
