Solved CommandBlocks 1.4.2 BukkitDEV Bugged?!?

Hello I am having an issue that command blocks and /gamerule have not been working on my server I would like to know if there is a fix for this bug and if anyone has found the bug. the server.properties has command blocks enabled. /gamerule command is nolonger a command.

For the record I run the server with commandBlocks

True /gamerule doesn't work but you have to have command blocks enabled in the server.properties file. You also have to be an opped player in creative mode.

 

I am oped and i am in creative

If i cant solve this issue i think i will have to revert back to Vanilla 1.4.2 so my command blocks will work

lol i meant Not a bug.

 

Its not just gamerule, everything is messed up

 

Keep in mind that these are dev builds, they are not as polished as the recommended builds so they most likely will have some bugs.
