You need to learn how to do this yourself, we are here to assist however I highly doubht that any one will do this for you. Many permissions.yml holders are strictly personalized, and is also a breach in the server's security. If you're going to start a server, you might as well learn how to do this for yourself. Get groupmanager and permissionex and look at their wikipedia and youtube videos to learn how to do it.
Use E.G.M with Pex on one server? Wont really work mate, having two permissions plugins will conflict with each other. Also I dont recommend Pex any more, Due to its inactivity. As I stated previously.
MineTVN, There are hundreds of permissions tutorials out there from audio visual or just visual. If you are the server owner of your server you must know how to manage your plugins especially your permissions plugins. I suggest you get out of your couch. We are here voluntary, I do this voluntarily. I dont think I would even spend the time to help some one who is not proactive about learning. Again check out these helpful threads below. I actually did huge part by my self and I need someone to do it for me a mean finish Please Please I have like 25 days left on my server in this month and I did not get started so if someone helps me Ill be so thankful
