I've been hosting a Bukkit server for myself and some friends.
But we have a problem, everytime I have to restart the server our World and things we build get messed up.
It's always on the same spot. It's like everything on that line gets a reset (above and underground) even though the only thing I do is type the 'stop' command and rerun the batch file to start the server again.

When Googling the issue I couldn't find a thing.
Anyone any solution to the problem?

Edit: We have no plugins or anything installed.

    Wait, are you doing a /save-all then a /stop...or just a /stop.
if its the last one, that would be why...its like typing in a Word doc, then ending task on the exe...it doesnt save anything thats done.

Yes, I just do a stop. In the command list this is what the stop command should do 'stop: Gracefully stops the server (i.e. allows the server to save the worlds and lets all the plugins shut down properly)'

Besides, it does save a part of the world. Just one part, that gets divided by some sort of line for a reason doesn't get saved.

For example, my building is always half deleted, while the other half is intact even with new modifications I have done.

I'm going to try to /save-all before stopping now.

Everything has been deleted again. /Save-all didn't work either.

I created a new server. But I do use the same world. Issue remains the same.
