[Req]Halloween Plugin - If 1.4 comes

Hee Readers and Developers.

31 October is halloween and 1.4 is coming! So my idea was if 1.4 Comes to make a Halloween plugin with some people but i need help with it.

Features:

-Moving Blocks
-Chattering Doors
-Weird sounds
-Flashing Redstone-Lamps or torches
-Bats flying around a Object/House
-Spiders in a Cob Web
-Skeleton and Zombie Statue (Looks like the plugin Citizens)

1.4 coming? When? Source?

 

Well, I'm asking for "Help" And 1.4 Comes some days before Halloween. So if 1.4 Comes out then we can make a Plugin. So i'm now asking for Developers.
