Does anyone know why i am stuck in god mode with no plugins?

I am running the recommended build 1.3.2 of bukkit, and i don't get any damage whatsoever with no plugins. Someone please tell me what's going on.
This seems to happen quite randomly and i have no idea why.
Any help would be much appreciated. I like pvp

Randomly? Like sometimes you can get hurt and others cannot?

It sounded like you are in creative but if it happens randomly it's strange.

Does it do in a newly created world too?

 

no, sorry. A lot of this is due to lag. This includes:
Increased:
potion drinking time
eating time
aftermath of god mode
redstone tick time
Problems with:
minecarts, very jittery, like you're here and you're suddenly there a second later
PermissionsEx, where the permissions don't seem to apply to non ops, eg i created an admin group, and gave all perms, but i cant use example /eco

I'm running a bukkit server on 1.3.2 ro1 with worldguard and edit, permissionsex, all essentials core plugins

i have 1.5 Gb to the server, and the same to my client.
Quad core i3 processor
3Mb upload
31 Mb download.

I'm really confused, so any help would be much appreciated.
