Prefix Plugin

    i need a Plugin that will have commands like:

    /prefix (playername) (prefix)

    and Something that i like is to add colors Codes. i know there plugins like this but the Prefix is at the Script and i dont know how to change it .

    Second about script of Prefix i need a plugin that if someone Will enter he will be auto Made as Guest Rank. or Member. (And Promotion System)
